As a Housekeeper, you will report to the Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager. Your work includes cleaning techniques, equipment operation, infection control, and accurate records. You will help uphold Optima Living’s resident-first philosophy, organizational standards, and applicable regulations while supporting residents, team members, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Clean, vacuum, mop, dust, and polish premises surfaces
Sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Change linens, make beds, and replenish disposable supplies
Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely under established procedures
Report hazards,



incidents, maintenance issues, and cleaning emergencies promptly
Requirements: Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials required
Housekeeping, laundry, residential care, or mental health experience advantageous
Qualified communication and respectful relationships with residents and visitors
Ability to organize, prioritize, problem solve, and work independently
Computer literacy and flexibility to work varied shifts
Bring sanitation, organization, and respectful communication to Optima Living communities while protecting resident dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
