Lead Roots customer experiences through floor coaching, sales support, and store standards as a retail Team Lead. Guide teammates during every shift.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will represent the Roots brand while guiding daily execution on the sales floor. Coach teammates, communicate priorities, and motivate the team toward sales, customer experience, and operational goals. Support onboarding, customer concerns, and store routines through transparent communication and initiative.
Key Responsibilities: Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviours
Coach teammates and provide positive feedback throughout shifts
Support onboarding and training for developing team members
Coordinate tasks, breaks, priorities, and daily store routines




Support operations, POS, banking, reporting, and inventory duties
Requirements: One or more years of retail experience, ideally apparel
Coaching, training, or peer leadership experience is an asset
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Availability for three shifts weekly, including evenings and weekends
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
Bring retail leadership, coaching, customer service, and operational skills to represent Roots and guide results through others.
