ROBINSON seeks an Accountant skilled in balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries to support accurate financial records and reporting processes.
Reporting to the Controller, this Accountant supports accounting and financial processes across the organization. The work includes maintaining reconciliations, reviewing expenses, assisting payments, and supporting month-end close. The Accountant also contributes to process improvements and accounting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
Prepare and post documented journal entries
Maintain accurate general ledger classifications
Assist month-end and year-end close activities
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Approximately 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience
Working knowledge of GAAP or IFRS principles
Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
Robust Excel, analytical, and reconciliation skills
Support ROBINSON’s financial accuracy through reconciliations, ledger maintenance, journal entries, and dependable month-end accounting support.
