This individual contributor supports the Vice President and leadership team across Retail Products, Data & Analytics, and Pricing & Yield Management. The role coordinates strategic planning, performance routines, governance, communications, and special projects. It integrates business-as-usual activities, initiatives, regulatory work, and transformation activity into a coordinated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual strategy and business planning activities
Coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews
Track commitments, dependencies, risks, decisions, and escalations
Prepare executive briefings, governance materials,



and leadership updates
Lead selected assessments, remediation efforts, and special projects
Requirements: Seven or more years of progressive relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or related field
Exceptional program and portfolio management capabilities
Robust analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Advanced executive writing, PowerPoint, and Excel capabilities
Apply strategic judgment, portfolio management, and executive communication skills to advance priorities across Manulife Retail Products.
