Key Responsibilities: Assign sales workers to daily duties
Establish schedules and supervise worker activities
Manage cash and authorize merchandise returns
Organize inventory and sell merchandise
Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate
One year to less than two years experience
English language ability
Availability to work at the physical location
Apply retail supervision experience to staff coordination, customer issue resolution, inventory organization, and cash management on site.
