As Manager of Payroll and Benefits, you will manage end-to-end payroll operations and benefits administration across four jurisdictions. Your work will cover statutory compliance, tax withholding, remittances, year-end reporting, and employee support. You will also contribute to variable compensation, month-end close, reporting, controls, and process improvement in Loopio’s AI-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities: Process and review payroll accurately across four jurisdictions
Manage pay calendars, changes, terminations, and final payments
Oversee benefits enrolments, invoices, reconciliations, and renewals




Prepare compensation accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
Maintain compliance controls, reporting, and payroll procedures
Requirements: Seven years managing payroll and perks globally
Canadian Payroll Association PCP or CPM designation
Canadian payroll legislation and tax knowledge
Commission calculation and variable compensation experience
Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills
