Acting as an Experience Manager delegate, you supervise, motivate, and coach staff while helping the team achieve sales goals and targets. You also deliver meaningful member interactions by matching needs, interests, and goals with suitable Club products, services, and people. The work includes answering membership questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring welcoming experiences.

Manage and resolve member and guest concerns
Requirements: Two or more years of related customer experience
One or more years of sales experience
Ability to explain previous sales success
Experience delivering meaningful customer growth
Availability for wide-ranging shifts, including weekends
