The position applies management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within the assigned unit. It also includes recruiting, hiring, planning, reporting, and supporting brand initiatives connected with the company mission.
Key Responsibilities: Apply management skills to improve unit efficiency
Recruit and hire talent for the store
Set employee priorities to meet daily deadlines
Develop plans supporting short-term store objectives




Communicate with Visual team or oversee site maintenance
Requirements: Extensive experience in retail environments
At least two years of management experience
Enthusiasm for sports and sports fashion
Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnights
