Lead strategic proposals at Fasken in a permanent hybrid role, using proposal writing and business development expertise to support firm growth.
The Supervisor, Proposals partners with lawyers and Business Development professionals throughout the RFx process. You will guide opportunity assessment, response planning, pricing strategy, drafting, production, and delivery. The role also oversees one direct report.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate RFx, pitches, and presentation preparation
Develop persuasive, client-focused proposal content
Draft and tailor lawyer biographies and experience descriptions
Review materials for accuracy, branding, and responsiveness
Improve proposal workflows, resources, and efficiencies
Requirements: Five years of proposal, pitch, or related experience
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or law
Understanding of RFP and RFI development processes
Skilled services marketing and business development knowledge
Microsoft Office, CRM, and content management system proficiency
Bring proposal strategy, legal-sector collaboration, and quality assurance expertise to Fasken’s hybrid pursuits team.
