AtkinsRéalis seeks a Human Resources Business Partner with strategic workforce planning and employee relations expertise for the Îles Maligne project. This is a full time, five-day presence at the Alma, Québec project office.
Support project leadership on the modernization of the Îles Maligne hydroelectric power plant. The Human Resources Business Partner will shape project culture, integrate HR processes, and coordinate partner and subcontractor teams. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the project HR plan
Coordinate strategic workforce planning with project leadership
Lead recruitment action plans with Talent Acquisition




Coordinate subcontractor HR teams and partner relationships
Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle
Requirements: University degree in Human Resources Management
Over eight years of progressive HR generalist experience
Experience with employee relations and performance management
Strong communication, initiative, and relationship-building abilities
French and English bilingualism with MS Office proficiency
Bring strategic HR planning, employee relations, and stakeholder coordination expertise to AtkinsRéalis’ hydroelectric project in Alma.
