The Field Operations Team Lead coordinates Field Services personnel during customer and internal activities. This hands-on position involves UVS operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment preparation. You will also train, coach, and mentor operators while meeting safety, quality, security, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead personnel during operations, deployments, training, and trials
Plan resources, logistics, equipment, and operational requirements
Prepare, operate, recover, and maintain UVS equipment
Diagnose faults and coordinate authorised first-line maintenance




Communicate customer requirements, capabilities, constraints, and operational risks
Requirements: Significant experience in technical or safety-sensitive operations
Experience leading personnel during operational or technical activities
Working knowledge of Uncrewed Vehicle Systems and associated equipment
Drone Pilot Certificate – Advanced Operations
Eligibility for required Canadian and NATO Secret clearances
Apply operational leadership, UVS expertise, troubleshooting, and training capability across demanding field deployments and customer activities.
