Key Responsibilities: Guide Project Superintendents across multiple project locations
Visit job sites throughout the managed territory
Support safety, quality, and operational best practices
Analyze data and collaborate on budget creation
Support teams across multiple locations with autonomy
Requirements: At least 10 years of civil construction industry experience
Proven people leadership experience
Technical paving and road building expertise
Travel flexibility across Southern Ontario
Post-secondary civil construction education highly regarded
