Toyota Canada Inc. seeks a Field Warranty Specialist to support its VSCLOC and Warranty teams. Reporting to the Manager of Field Warranty, you will administer Warranty and Extra Care Protection policies with dealerships. The work combines warranty expenditures, dealer operations, customer satisfaction, and profitable processes. This full time Prairie Zone position requires frequent travel and collaboration with internal departments. Your focus will include claims processing, territory KPIs, assessments, SOPs, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze dealer Warranty and Extra Care Protection expenditures
Perform warranty claim debits when necessary




Conduct onsite and virtual warranty assessments
Support claims system and policy training
Implement Kaizen initiatives supporting cost control
Requirements: Automotive, Business, or related diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of Warranty or related experience
Dealership operations and collaboration experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and data analytical skills
Valid G Driver’s License and frequent travel availability
