Support OSCO Concrete production as an Aggregate Equipment Operator in Dartmouth, handling stockpiles, material blends, and equipment safely. This is a full-time position.
Bedford Ready Mix, part of OSCO Concrete & Aggregates, seeks a reliable operator for its ready-mix plant team. You will operate a front-end loader, move aggregate materials, and help maintain orderly, productive yard operations. Safe procedures, equipment awareness, and dependable communication are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Operate front-end loaders around aggregate stockpiles and hoppers
Support accurate blending for daily concrete production
Complete equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance
Assist with yard organization and inventory management
Support batching,



light labor, and general plant operations
Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
Ability to lift heavy objects weighing 50 pounds or more
Ability to work independently and with team members
Availability for early mornings, flexible schedule, and overtime
Own reliable transportation required due to shift schedules
Use heavy equipment experience, dependable judgment, and safe operating practices to support Bedford Ready Mix’s Dartmouth production team.
