As a Business Development Representative, you will support Healthcare, Education, and Industrial markets across London, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Hamilton. You will work with general contractors, owners, developers, architects, and engineers while collaborating across Fire Protection and Infrastructure. The focus is expanding product adoption through relationships, specifications, and process coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate opportunities with contractors, owners, and developers
Drive product adoption through strategic introductions and relationships
Discuss technical requirements and collaborate on specification updates




Coordinate stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles
Present business cases demonstrating product value and return on investment
Requirements: Extensive construction industry experience in Southwest Ontario
Proven sales record navigating complex sales cycles
Technical aptitude for specifications and problem-solving
Robust process management, communication, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel throughout the region
