Randstad Canada is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Representative for an industrial technology employer in Delta, BC. The role supports customers with inquiries, order processing, quotations, and product assistance.
Compensation and benefits Salary: $48,000–$50,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities Review customer inquiries, requests for quotation, and purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
Process sales orders, changes, returns, and confirmations using ERP and CRM systems.
Maintain electronic records, order files, correspondence, and quotation documents.
Coordinate order fulfilment with engineering, purchasing, plant operations, and sales teams.
Respond to customers about order status,



inventory, shipping schedules, and tracking.
Provide initial product guidance and prepare tailored price quotations.
Support reception, telephone triage, administrative work, and customer follow-ups.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order desk, or commercial sales support.
Strong communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
Experience with SAP, CRM software, or Doxis is an asset.
Knowledge of drive technology, automation components, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
English-French bilingualism is an asset.
