BrokerLink seeks a permanent full-time Personal Insurance Advisor for its growing team. You will assess client needs, advise on insurance matters, sell policies, and support renewals. The position requires strong communication, organization, and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities: Service ongoing client needs and answer insurance inquiries
Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions
Sell new policies and retain existing business
Prepare insurer documentation and process policy changes
Participate in training and community marketing initiatives
Requirements: At least two years of customer service experience
One year of Personal Insurance experience preferred
Robust customer focus and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
RIBO License and Epic exposure are assets
