As a Lead and Principal AI Transformation Associate Manager, you design and deliver end-to-end transformation programmes. You prioritise use cases, define roadmaps, and guide responsible AI governance. You also develop teams and translate emerging AI developments into strategic thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Own AI transformation design and delivery through measurable business outcomes
Define AI strategy, prioritise use cases, and maintain transformation roadmaps
Lead assessments, reviews, adoption programmes, and organisational change
Embed ethical AI, governance, compliance,



and value tracking frameworks
Develop teams, set standards, and provide hands-on mentorship
Requirements: Minimum four years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation programmes
At least two years managing and mentoring people
University Degree required for this position
Solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning
English required for global stakeholder interactions
Shape enterprise AI strategy, adoption, governance, and capability building as an Accenture Song transformation leader.
