As a Customer Experience Associate, you will report to the Customer Experience Team Lead and assist customers throughout their visits. You will process transactions, provide knowledgeable recommendations, answer inquiries, and support sales goals. Product knowledge, inventory tools, and accurate service are central to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and establish positive rapport
Complete transactions and balance cash receipts
Check inventory and orders using phone and iPad portals
Stock, price,



and return merchandise accurately
Train current cashiers and retail staff
Requirements: High school diploma and cashier experience preferred
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Computer literacy with Microsoft Windows and Google applications
Detail-oriented, observant, and accurate work style
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand extensively
