This Intermediate Electrical Engineer or Technologist supports electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, communications, and control systems. You will prepare design documentation, coordinate project teams, assess sites, and review construction against requirements. The position also includes planning, scheduling, cost estimates, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities: Model electrical power systems up to 750V using SKM
Design distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and control systems
Prepare detailed calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications
Assist project planning, scheduling, cost estimates,



and communications
Review construction and verify compliance with design requirements
Requirements: Minimum seven years of electrical engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
P.Eng or P.Tech.(Eng.) certification is required
Registered with APEGA or ASET
AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, or ETAP experience is an asset
Use electrical distribution knowledge, power-system modeling, and code understanding to deliver coordinated building designs in Lethbridge.
