At F. J. Davey Home, this Personal Support Worker delivers care under supervisor direction and established standards. The work includes personal care, resident transfers, documentation, observation, and communication. You will support cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological needs while protecting confidentiality and resident dignity.
Key Responsibilities: Follow each resident’s plan of care under supervisor direction
Assist with hygiene, personal care, and daily living activities
Support ambulation, mobilization, transfers, and adaptive aids
Observe, document, and report resident care and condition changes

Requirements: Graduate of a Personal Support Worker program or provincial equivalent
Experience working with seniors
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
