As a Personal Banking Associate, you will address everyday banking needs and guide customers toward suitable staff, products, and solutions. The role includes customer problem resolution, confidential judgement, frontline transaction support, documentation accuracy, and branch process completion.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
Understand needs and guide customers toward appropriate contacts and solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions




Recommend improvements supporting customer experience and operational excellence
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes for customer advice
Solid communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
