Country Ribbon is seeking an experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily activities under the Farm Manager’s direction. The position coordinates barn operations, supports employees, and maintains standards for animal welfare, health, biosecurity, and production performance. It also contributes to planning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support farm employees on daily tasks
- Apply animal husbandry, welfare, health, and biosecurity practices
- Coordinate barn operations toward production targets and indicators
- Monitor environmental,



feeding, and watering systems
- Support safe work practices and incident corrective actions

Requirements:

- Proven leadership and solid organizational capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and motivated work approach
- Post-secondary agricultural or food science education
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered
