Bayshore Medical Personnel seeks a Community Health Registered Nurse for primary care and clinic services. You will support immunization, disease and injury prevention, health surveillance, protection and promotion, infection control, and emergency preparedness. The position serves a unique patient population connected with those who serve our country.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide community health nursing services in primary care settings
- Deliver individual and group health education sessions
- Support public health and immunization campaigns
- Perform health surveillance and infection control activities




- Contribute to emergency preparedness and response

Requirements:

- Three full-time equivalent clinical experience years within five years
- Comprehensive experience with immunization procedures and protocols
- Baccalaureate Nursing degree from a recognized university
- Registered Nurse license in the province of practice
- Basic Life Support certification or equivalent CPR/AED Level C
