Operate a Weiler E-series production lathe using Siemens 840D controls while completing accurate manufacturing work safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the Weiler Machinist sets up, operates, and monitors machinery. You will fix programs during production runs, use measuring tools and gauges, and manufacture parts from raw materials. The work includes interpreting drawings, production orders, and material information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and monitor the Weiler production lathe
- Fix programs during production runs as required
- Manufacture routine, complex, and non-routine parts
- Use cranes and pallet jacks to maneuver materials
- Complete documentation and route finished products appropriately

Requirements:

- Experience running a conversational Weiler lathe
- Journeyman Machinist ticket considered an asset
- General knowledge of oil and gas products and services
- Understanding of protected work and quality assurance practices
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
