Position Overview

Calgary Honda is activelysearching for Parts Representative to join our growing team at Dilawri Group

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Provideexceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying andordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Collaboratewith service technicians and other team members to ensure accurate andtimely fulfillment of parts orders.
- Maintainup-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues,



pricing and inventorylevels.
- Processparts orders, track shipments, and keep customers updated on the status oftheir orders.
- Handlecustomer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues orconcerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Keepaccurate records of parts inventory, order history and customerinteractions.
- Prepareparts invoices.
- Ensureyour work station is clean and in an orderly manner.
- Examinereturned parts for defects.
- Exchangedefective parts or refund the customer.
