As Manager of Program Development, you will guide internal and external finance programs across Brandt’s manufactured product lines. The work involves collaborating with sales executives, Brandt Finance, and strategic teams. You will also monitor competitive intelligence and support sales and market share goals.

Requirements: Five plus years of direct equipment finance experience
Progressively senior management experience in equipment finance
Solid written and oral communication skills
Post secondary business or finance degree considered an asset
Prior Brandt group experience considered an asset
