Fonemed is expanding its telehealth team and seeks Nurse Practitioners for a virtual clinic environment. You will assess patients, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and provide follow-up care. The work includes health promotion, illness treatment, injury prevention, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patient presentations and determine appropriate care levels
Diagnose conditions and prescribe according to qualified standards
Coordinate treatment plans, referrals, and follow-up care
Communicate findings and diagnoses to clients and teams




Document care within permanent health records
Requirements: Graduation from an approved Nurse Practitioner program
Current or eligible Newfoundland and Labrador Nurse Practitioner licensure
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer, webcam, headset, monitors, and high-speed internet
Support Fonemed patients through independent virtual assessment, evidence-based treatment, and coordinated telehealth follow-up care.
