Casa Montessori Teachers at Greenlane Montessori educate and care for children through structured curriculum, observation, and responsive classroom support. This is a full time role.
Greenlane Montessori seeks Montessori Certified Teachers and RECEs for Precasa, Casa, and Kindercasa classrooms. Casa teachers educate children aged 2.5 to 4 years according to the designated Montessori curriculum model. The work includes communication, documentation, classroom management, and child-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a high-quality classroom environment
Assess, observe, and care for individual child needs
Educate children according to designated curriculum models
Communicate openly with parents and team members
Complete attendance, allergy, medication, and communication records
Requirements: Casa Montessori Diploma with AMI or MACTE accreditation
Relevant experience in a Montessori school
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective classroom management and organizational skills
Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
