Lead Payworks’ Salesforce CRM program through governance, delivery, and continuous evolution in a fully office-based or hybrid work model. Guide complex technology initiatives while connecting business and IT stakeholders.
As Manager, CRM Program, you will report to the Director, IT Strategy & Innovation and lead CRM Business Analysts. You will coordinate technology, business, and delivery teams while managing program priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions. The program supports Payworks’ workforce management solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain CRM portfolio visibility, dependencies, priorities, and progress
Plan, scope, coordinate, and deliver CRM projects
Lead, coach, and develop CRM Business Analysts
Translate program status, risks,



and decisions clearly
Manage intake, reporting, documentation, risks, issues, and decisions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Seven-plus years managing complex technology programs or projects
Proven people leadership and performance coaching experience
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
Salesforce or other CRM platform exposure
Bring program governance, Salesforce knowledge, stakeholder alignment, and people leadership to Payworks’ CRM transformation.
