Protect Sephora’s Edmonton store through surveillance, CCTV monitoring, and theft prevention while delivering skilled client service. This is a full-time position.
As an Asset Protection Partner, you will protect store assets and support operational controls that reduce shortage. The work includes loss prevention, incident reporting, audits, coaching, and collaboration with Leadership. You will also work with law enforcement, mall security, retailers, and internal partners while supporting inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales floor and CCTV surveillance
Deter or apprehend individuals involved in external theft
Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
Conduct self-audits, checklists,



and safety inspections
Provide loss prevention training and coaching
Requirements: One year of retail asset protection experience
Maintain required provincial or local licenses
Strong written, verbal, interviewing, and listening skills
High School graduation or equivalent
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring retail loss prevention experience, sound judgment, and communication skills to Sephora’s Asset Protection team in Edmonton.
