Coordinate construction delivery for Simpcw Resources Group from Barriere or Kamloops, tracking milestones, quantities, contracts, and project health. Barriere is preferred.
This Junior Project Manager position supports emerging project leadership across Simpcw’ulécw. You will work with existing Construction Management and Project Management teams on mid-complexity assignments, developing experience through mentorship. The work covers schedules, budgets, resource planning, contract records, risk management, quality, safety, and scope control.
Key Responsibilities: Track milestones, contract deliverables, deadlines, and project quantities
Maintain RFI, OFI, NCR, and project documentation logs
Support resource planning and coordination across divisions
Monitor scope, performance metrics, quality,



and safety requirements
Lead problem solving and escalate project issues appropriately
Requirements: Minimum three years in construction or project delivery
Experience coordinating earthworks, infrastructure, crossings, remediation, or pipelines
Understanding of project lifecycle from pursuit through closeout
Ability to manage concurrent assignments and competing priorities
Familiarity with project team functions and interrelationships
Apply construction coordination, contract tracking, project controls, and problem-solving skills across Simpcw Resources Group assignments.
