As an entry-level Field Recruiter, you will grow prospective student pipelines for SGU’s Schools of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine. The territory centers on Ontario and includes assigned regions, with work spanning events, advising conversations, digital communication, and admissions support. Your efforts will connect prospective physicians and veterinarians with SGU programs, outcomes, and student experience.
Key Responsibilities: Represent SGU at school fairs and pre-health recruitment events
Build relationships with advisors, faculty, and student organizations
Advise prospective students and support admissions progress




Deliver presentations on SGU programs and student experience
Record recruitment activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required for this entry-level position
One to two years in recruitment, advising, sales, or related work
Robust interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and extensive travel availability required
Organization managing multiple priorities and evening events
Bring relationship building, public speaking, and Salesforce skills to SGU’s Ontario medical and veterinary recruitment territory.
