Provide person-centered home care as a Personal Support Worker in Sarnia North, supporting daily living, mobility, and client safety. This is in office community work.
Carecor seeks Personal Support Workers for casual evenings and weekends across Camlachie, Kettle Point, Forest, Thedford, and Grand Bend. You will travel to clients’ homes and follow individualized care plans. The work includes personal care, companionship, documentation, and communication with supervisors or care coordinators.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and toileting
Provide medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Follow individualized care plans and infection prevention practices




Document client conditions and report changes or unusual events
Maintain client confidentiality and participate in continuing education
Requirements: PSW certificate or nursing pathway enrollment
Clinical PSW experience within the past two years
Current BLS and N95 fit test certification
Required immunization, TB, and COVID-19 vaccination proof
Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Support independent living through compassionate personal care, accurate documentation, and trusted relationships with Carecor clients around Sarnia North.
