This customer-facing Implementation Manager role focuses on delivering Phelix products and digital transformation journeys. You will manage implementation schedules, map objectives and outcomes, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. Your work supports successful product adoption and customer retention across healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, scope, execute, and support end-to-end implementations
Coordinate stakeholders around requirements and delivery commitments
Manage delivery schedules and change management streams




Identify scalable process improvement opportunities
Strengthen customer delivery stakeholder relationships
Requirements: Three-plus years of SaaS implementation or software deployment experience
Proven success managing complex technology projects
Knowledge of cloud-based systems and integrations
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management
Healthcare knowledge or qualified experience
Use project management, change management, and healthcare delivery experience to advance Phelix implementations and customer outcomes.
