Deliver guest service and drive retail sales as a full time Sales Teammate at Buckle’s Mount Pleasant Towne Center store.
This on-site Sales Teammate position supports Buckle’s mission of creating enjoyable shopping experiences. You will assist Guests, recommend merchandise, operate registers, and complete merchandising tasks. The role also includes maintaining store standards, following payment and Loss Prevention procedures, and supporting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities: Greet Guests and provide legendary service throughout the store
Recommend, locate, and demonstrate merchandise based on Guest needs
Check out purchases and complete register procedures
Prepare displays, handle freight, and complete price markdowns
Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store
Requirements: No prior experience or training required
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and maneuver 30 pounds throughout the store
Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and handle merchandise
Knowledge of Buckle policies and Loss Prevention practices
Bring customer service, product knowledge, and retail sales skills to Buckle’s Mount Pleasant Towne Center team.
