Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Process Engineer for the Project Operations Department. You will help meet process engineering objectives and execute projects using established standards and best practices. The work involves process optimization, technical deliverables, field support, and technology development. Experience with combustion-intensive operations, extractive sensors, or optical sensors aligns with the client’s technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Perform process and data analysis to optimize technical solutions
Provide process engineering deliverables and field support
Contribute to technology development using project feedback




Review documents and participate in project hand-off meetings
Support project communication, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder reporting
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
Five or more years of related heavy-industry experience
Knowledge of mass balances, energy balances, and process modeling
Experience troubleshooting Visual Basic, C++, Matlab, or Python algorithms
Willingness to travel internationally, including unrestricted United States travel
