The County of Lambton seeks one Registered Practical Nurse for a single long-term care home. You will oversee resident care under Registered Nurse guidance, direct PSW work, and collaborate with health care professionals. Registration with the College of Nurses and a Certificate of Competence are required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care and direct PSW work
Document residents, treatments, medications, behaviours, and incidents
Transcribe physician or pharmacy orders as necessary
Support personal care, transfers,



and palliative care
Educate residents, families, staff, and students
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse Diploma
Registration with the College of Nurses
Maintain nursing registration through ongoing education
Complete one to three months on-the-job training
Valid Ontario driver’s licence and vehicle
Bring resident care, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills to a part-time Registered Practical Nurse position with Lambton County.
