RBC is seeking a Client Advisor in Brampton to welcome and assist clients with everyday banking needs. You will engage customers, resolve issues at first contact, and guide them toward digital solutions and additional RBC services.
The role requires bilingual Arabic and Tagalog communication and a adaptable schedule to cover branch hours. You will act as the first point of contact in-store, learning RBC systems and digital platforms while delivering outstanding client service and maintaining
