Support everyday banking clients at CIBC as a Client Engagement Associate in St. Albert, using financial services knowledge and digital banking skills.
As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will support clients in a full time, on-site Banking Centre. You will answer questions, assist transactions, explain banking products, and connect clients with suitable CIBC specialists. The regular role offers 15 weekly hours, with evenings and weekends possible.
Key Responsibilities: Help clients manage accounts and banking products
Answer questions and assist with everyday transactions
Explain relevant financial services products and services
Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
Identify specialist referrals and connect clients with team members
