As a Loan Administrator reporting to a manager, you will support EdenPark’s dealer network through loan administration and funding activities. Your work includes reviewing signed contracts, managing loan system updates, responding to dealers, and maintaining timely stakeholder service. Previous lending, automotive, or financial services experience is welcomed.
Key Responsibilities: Process current contract loan activations in the management system
Review system inputs against signed contracts
Process rate changes, write-offs, and restructures
Handle dealer funding faxes, contracts, and messages
Post customer fees and manage delegated inbox emails
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Previous lending, automotive, or financial services experience
Exposure to a loan management system
Advanced internet browsing and investigative skills
Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency
Bring precise loan processing, dealer communication, and document verification skills to EdenPark’s automotive finance operations.
