Support clients at home as a Personal Support Worker in Collingwood, using mobility assistance, observation, and transparent communication. This is a full-time position.
CBI Home Health supports people in homes and communities across Canada. In this position, you will help clients remain safe and independent while keeping their families at the heart of care. You will observe, document, and report condition changes to your Manager or Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities: Support clients’ safety and independence in their homes
Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
Perform light housekeeping according to care plans
Keep clients and families at the heart of care
Requirements: Travel between homes within the Collingwood community
Valid driver’s license and car insurance
Personal Support Worker Certificate or accepted health certification
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening and recent health records
Bring dependable home care, mobility support, and communication skills to CBI Home Health clients in Collingwood.
