Teach medical laboratory techniques as an MLT Instructor with Western Community College, delivering hands-on training in Agassiz and Abbotsford.
This part time, course-by-course position supports the Medical Laboratory Assistant Program. You will deliver selected laboratory courses, demonstrate procedures, guide practical competency development, and assess student performance. The initial assignment covers two Agassiz courses for approximately six weeks, followed by an anticipated Abbotsford assignment.

Requirements: CSMLS certification as an MLT in good standing
At least two years of recent medical laboratory experience
Knowledge of procedures, safety, quality assurance, and standards
Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred
Student support or workplace training experience considered an asset
