Provide person-centred personal care at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, supporting older adults with daily activities and hygiene. Permanent night shifts include weekends.
As a Personal Support Worker, you will support residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs safely. Yee Hong delivers culturally appropriate senior care across the Greater Toronto Area. The position follows the resident-centred approach, residents’ rights, government standards, and the organization’s mission and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care for residents’ daily activities
Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
Support physical, social, and emotional well-being
Follow resident-centred care practices and relevant standards




Work permanent night shifts, including weekends
Requirements: Approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course or equivalent
Current CPR certificate
Resident-centred focus with solid interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and manage time
Recent vulnerable sector check and medical clearance certificate
Bring compassionate personal care, resident-centred service, and dependable support to older adults at Yee Hong during overnight shifts.
