As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will learn every aspect of EMCO’s business through progressive training. The program covers shipping and receiving, counter support, customer problem solving, procurement, account management, proactive sales, leadership, and operations. You will develop relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn warehousing procedures, shipping, and receiving processes
- Support customer transactions at the counter
- Build customer and vendor relationships through service




- Develop business through sourcing sales and partnerships
- Support teams through coaching, mentoring, and strategy

Requirements:

- College and/or university degree
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Plumbing or HVAC/R knowledge is an asset
