As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support dispensary operations within Sentrex Health Solutions’ specialty pharmacy services. Your work includes prescription processing, insurance billing follow-up, medication packaging, shipping, inventory management, and customer service. You will work independently under pharmacist direction and collaborate with pharmacy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process prescriptions and follow up on insurance billing issues
- Provide phone and email service to clinics and physicians
- Label, pick, package, and ship medications accurately
- Manage inventory, supplies,



and medication storage requirements
- Arrange deliveries and schedule patient medication refills

Requirements:

- Experience with Kroll preferred
