As a Third Key Holder, you support the Theatre Management Team across daily complex operations. You help direct Cast and Crew, apply policies, monitor Guest satisfaction, and maintain operational standards. The position requires leadership experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily theatre operations, including costs, revenue, safety, and service
- Assist with operational policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Support Cast selection, training, development, and employment experience
- Monitor Guest satisfaction and improve movie-going experiences




- Coordinate emergency responses, including Guest evacuation when required

Requirements:

- Minimum one year inspiring and managing teams toward positive results
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellence in Guest service and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; projection experience is an asset
