The Financial Accountant performs financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and control activities. Working with the Director, Finance and cross-functional partners, the position supports period close, balance sheet governance, audit readiness, tax and payroll accounting, and manufacturing processes. Qualified accounting judgment, documentation, and established approval authorities guide the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments
- Maintain general ledger integrity and investigate unsupported transactions




- Prepare IFRS statements and management reporting packages
- Support manufacturing accounting, variances, and settlement entries

Requirements:

- Application of IFRS and corporate accounting policies
- Experience supporting balance sheet reconciliations and account certifications
- Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and control evidence
- Capacity to coordinate tax, payroll, and statutory accounting activities
- Sound judgment for escalating complex accounting matters
