As Implementation Lead, you represent Momo Medical to long-term care homes and guide successful adoption. You build relationships with management and care staff, coordinate installations, deliver training, and provide ongoing support. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, ideally in elderly care or health-technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee BedSense implementation from introduction through evaluation
- Manage installation logistics and conduct staff training
- Visit homes and provide hands-on and phone support
- Gather feedback, resolve bottlenecks,



and improve implementation
- Attend networking events and engage potential care homes

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of relevant field experience
- Customer-centric approach and exceptional service focus
- Communication skills across executives and frontline staff
- Structured planning with consistent follow-ups
- Willingness to travel 70% across Southern Ontario
