The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, & discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment & applicant screening process.Now, if you were to come on board as our Financial Analyst – Fixed Assets, we'd ask you to do the following for us:Collect information from Operators regarding active, inherited, or acquired leases, lease obligations, and other leaseholdsTake part in period end close procedures and liaise with accounting team to ensure proper periodic closePrepare variance reports, reporting packages, analysis for leadership on a periodic basisConduct ongoing analysis and monitoring of data, report on performance metrics internallyAssist in financial planning exercises, including P&L analysis, forecasting and annual budgetingWork with Operations to identify/validate key business assumptions and help incorporate them into planning and forecasting modelsPrepare various financial models/reports as required by leadership to support business cases,
